Room location. $25 early check in and no credit for early check out. We actually used the the time between 12 and six to watch game at Palace.
Pros (+) Pool and Casino
Cons (-) Room was in need of update
Pros (+) Most of the Casio staff was friendly. Location of hotel was nice.
Cons (-) Lady at the front desk was very rude upon checking out. Did not receive good customer service. Bartender in Casio was extremely rude. All ATMs in the Casino and hotel were down for a period of time so we had to go to the bank to with drawl money. All and all not s good quality hotel for the price, the IP, Hard Rock, and beau all had better service
Pros (+) Value for the money. Casino excellent. The Blind Tiger!!!
Cons (-) Adult time at pool too short! Suggest adult only time expanded 6pm - midnight! More sit down food options, left property often to eat. TBT closed Monday & Tuesday.
Pros (+) The view was great!!!
Cons (-) More blankets
Pros (+) Bed was very comfortable
Pros (+) Bed was great; very comfortable room!
Cons (-) Wish Harrah’s properties provided bathroom robes.
Pros (+) Nada

He apologized and said he was the only one on duty on a Saturday evening! Room was small for the price. Casino sucks. Old machines, dark, dingy. Parking was a nightmare. Not only were there few place to park, but all require long walk to the lobby for check...
