Cheap per night, but then the state of accommodation was cheap. Radiator in room could be controlled
radiator in bathroom could not be controlled so far too hot. Ground floor so could not open window safely. \\tv very old and not many channels.
The room was great, combinded with the design of the complex it felt like I was in my own flat not just a room.
A couple of ceiling tiles needed replacing due to water marks. And the room cleaner knocked even though I had put out the "do not disturb" sign. She said "sorry, I thought you were out", odd??
The room was fairly basic but large and comfortable. Easy access to the city centre. Very friendly staff.
More like a hostel than a hotel. Noisy people who went outside of their rooms to smoke with no thought of other residents who were trying to sleep at 2.45am. Very tired decor and facilities.
It Was very good.
Check in was easy and rooms readily available. We requested a ground floor room due to a disable member of our party. This was provided once the hotel were informed of our situation. The rooms were sufficient for a one night stay however the kettle didnt work so perhaps appliances should be checked in future. The parking was good although spaces were very tight and some cars took up two spaces, perhaps some disabled spots would have been better. Hotel bar was good, as was thebreakfast.
Our room 413 - towel rail not working, missing 2 light bulbs and the lift wasnt working.
Easy to find, cheap.
The bathroom's decor seemed in a poor state: there was dirty sealant at every corner. There was also a small hole in the plaster of the the bedroom wall!
Size of room was good. Very clean and serviced daily. Mattress on bed was a bit tired! Good value for money. Lots of parking available.
