Breakfast was extra, which I was unaware of.
lovely setting next to Winterbourne gardens and close to Barber Institute. easy to reach using University Station. Good breakfast!
We wanted to stay as close as possible to the University campus and the location was ideal. There was a good choice of tea for breakfast and also in the room. Parking was also ideal for our day at the campus.
I thought that the decor in the room in particular, and the hotel in general, was very tired and dated. I also thought it was expensive for the quality of the hotel. We stayed in a far smarter, grander hotel in central Leeds for the same price.
Convenient for University and essentially clean and practical University student room
the food was very good and the room was ok good for the university
the shower was quite slow and not the best
Willingness of hotel staff to answer our needs, e.g. a snack lunch at around 14:15 and the quality of that lunch when provided. Excellent, polite and friendly service
no internet connaction in the room
Staff were all very friendly and helpful.
Its proximity to the University
Its proximity to shops/restaurants!
The staff was great, mainly students but extremely educated and mannered. The hotel is made up of several "hourse", I stayed in a newer one. Excellent confort, cleanliness, tea and coffee facilities. Extremely good location for the University. Otherwise, it is "far" from the city. The swimming pool is not on site, but belongs to the University Sport Centre.
Clean room and wonderful breakfast
