staff / owners seemed a little unhelpful
Helpful staff, great location, good breakfast, price was very reasonable. There was space in the room for a travelcot.
The room was clean although very small and they did do good breakfast.
Very small lift like a cupboard only room for one person.
location was practical to visit the town
location is noisy with tramway, but understandable being in a city
Breakfast was good and included in price
Small lift - only take 2 adults. Parking difficult - no hotel parking Asked for Gluten free food for my wife. The hotel did not provide any such food. Noisy tram runs outside hotel. Hotel only provides evening meals by advance arrangement.
The room was small but perfectly acceptable. I would easily recommend the hotel to people travelling to Blankenberge.
The wake-up service that was announced in the folder, and on the door, and at several places gave me the feeling I was the first person to eve ruse it. The question "don't you have an alarm clock?" was actually asked.
Friendly and helpful staff, clean (if cozy!) basic room.
Slightly disappointed as I expected "free on site parking" which turned out to be in a car park 5 mins walk away at 5 euros a day!
choose this hotel as it was the cheapest hotel available..
the hotel is run by an asian couple who spoke no english. check in took over half an hour becuase they couldnt find my booking even though i had a print out from booking.com... they advertise free parking avalable. yes there is free parking on a side street but it has nothing to do with the hotel. and there were no spaces free. the hotel has a parking space about 3 streets away at a cost of 5 euro which is good just wished they write that on there hotel page.. the rooms are absolutley tiny,, we had 2 rooms on the 1st floor both were very very small. the light on the wall above the bed fell of and was hanging by its wires. breakfast was the usual bread jam and some cheese they will make you scrambled eggs and bacon the worst i have ever tasted. the bacon was paper thin and soaked in grease. i would not stay here again and would rather pay more money for a better hotel
