Guests consistently praise the hotel's friendly and helpful staff, convenient location near attractions like the botanical garden, and the quality and variety of the breakfast buffet. Many reviews highlight the positive atmosphere and comfortable rooms, with some guests appreciating room upgrades and vintage vibes.
