Pros: The staff were genuinely caring and thoughtful. They cared about you and nothing was too difficult. Especially the head butler, Jigs. He is amazing!

Pros: I loved the location. Central to everything. Food was okay, but could be better.
Cons: There's really something wrong about the way the staff handled people generally. I could easily compare with other Boracay hotels I have tried. THEY NEED A REVAMP of their staff, and a serious re-training. It was more like dealing with a government office than a hotel. Also: you don't do renovations when there are guests, and expect that guests would be irate when they're all after some peace and quiet and all they hear all morning is the constant hammering and drilling. I was moved from one room to another, but it had to take me being so mad on their phone before things could be decided on. Decisions made must be firm, swift and with the guest's ultimate comfort in mind—a lesson I'd like to tell the manager.

Cons: Staff is not genuinely friendly and kind of smug. I had a leak in my bathroom over the toilet. Asked to move rooms, they fixed leak for a few hours then it started again but would not move me. The wifi is not free but should be for the high price. Not the best experience for me. Better options around for less.

Pros: The location of this hotel, beachfront and in the thick of things, was what made me select this (I had passed by it on previous Boracay visits). I was not disappointed. There are a couple of good restaurants and a happening bar in the property. The staff is welcoming and efficient. It's a big property, so there are many guests, but I never felt crowded in any one area of it. I will certainly go back to this hotel.

Pros: Room was very clean (room 331). No ants, spiders, or other bugs mentioned in some of the other reviews. Beds were comfortable, shower had great water pressure, AC worked well. Easy to obtain extra bottles of water (free of charge) for the mini fridge in the room. The pool was a great place to read and relax while having a snack and drink from the bar. Customer service was great, we did not have any bad experiences. The front desk helped us get a trike to ride out to Spider House to watch the sunset, and they also helped us with our spa bookings and with booking a sunset sail. The breakfast buffet was just what you would expect at a big resort hotel - nothing fancy, but had lots of options so it was easy to find something to eat. The ala cart breakfast restaurant was quieter if that's something that is important to you. Transferring from the airport was a breeze. Was very easy to find the Hennan representative at the arrival gate.
Cons: The food we ordered at Mesa was not very good - may have just been what we ordered. The jacuzzi at the spa was too hot to enjoy, but the Kai Spa at the hotel was otherwise very lovely.

Cons: The loud noise from the bar that's 20 feet from the rooms. I recommend having a closed area for the bar to lessen the noise.

Pros: I like the cleanliness. I like how the staff performed. I like the proximity to the beach.
Cons: Hotel not easily accessible. Had to continuously ask for wifi password instead of being given a password for duration of stay. No elevator. Obnoxious music and noise from neighboring bar until 2:30am Free drink cannot be chosen, given a horrible tasting mixture of alcohol. Annoying people allowed to disturb you with buying junk while trying to enjoy the beach.

Pros: Great beach side hotel. Front desk staff were very helpful and friendly. Buffet breakfast was awesome. Restaurant staff were also quite friendly, courteous and friendly. The beach is immediately outside. Great pool too. Highly recommend.

Pros: The hotel size, the kindness of the staff, the private beach, the rooms.
Cons: Commuting with shuttles in between location quickly becomes annoying, I was in the middle of work building starting at 9am by drilling, the food quality was average and the bar located in Monterey was playing music way too loud to be able to have a conversation.

Pros: The package is one of the best "value for money" you will find on the island. The most important for us was the great location of the hotel, at the midddle of station 2 and the great friendly stuff who very soon became our good friends. We came back there after a short visit in El Nido and will defenitely come bank again.

Cons: Breakfast is not good. Do not have natural juice and a machine to prepare expresso coffee. I sugest more quality of fruits. The products of bathroom are the poor quality. The reception staff must inform about that the restaurant is opened to luch and dinner. Food and service are very good.

Pros: The beach itself The staff is okay , the hotel is okay, like I said need to improve hotel maintenance to make it look good and not look overused.
Cons: Wifi and no free transfers , there should be a daily housekeeping service, clean bathrooms and should have free strong wifi and free airport transfers. Alot of hidden fees upon check out. It was fun being there in boracay but staying in that resort is just okay. The staff need more training. They should update their system to modern. It was nice yes but maintenance should be improved.
