First off they have no USB ports anywhere in the room. Never stayed in a hotel that was not at least upgraded with that. Next the room was dirty. The bed when we pulled back the sheet there was hair all over the sheet. The shower bath tub had hair all over the inside of it. Complained to the front desk and they arranged for the staff to re clean the room the next day and took off $40 on the bill. ...

Pros (+) Very nice hotel. Great breakfast. Room was clean and had good beds.

Pros (+) The interior access to rooms was paramount. It was quiet except for the occasional family with kids.
Cons (-) Parking was a problem. We went to shows in the evening and you had to hike out to the last spaces. It was like no one else went to shows and they stayed at the hotel. The was a shortage of carts to offload cars and move luggage to the rooms
Pros (+) The hotel was very nice, clean, and comfortable. The staff was very helpful and courteous and made our stay very pleasing. The breakfast bar was way above normal and such a nice variety of items. All in all it was a very nice hotel.

They gave us 212 which is on the road side, BELOW the level of the parking lot. There couldn't be a worse view. Pros (+) Hotel was clean, nice little balcony, rooms were great - we had 5 adult kids traveling w us and our rooms turned out to be adjoining - bonus!! Beds were a little stiffer than at home but definately did not hinder our ability to sleep. Great stay. Great location. Wld stay again
