Convenient location.
Close to public transport, great views from the hotel room and friendly, knowledgable staff.
The staff right from directing us to the hotel ( we got lost) to finding me a coffee plunger, extra blankets, just fantastic thanks Jas. So close to Southbank just perfect
Nothing if you cant complain what can i say
The Staff were very friendly, quiet location & close to Southbank and the Gabba
bathroom could do with a minor upgrade
The location was good, and it was one of the cheaper hotels in Brisbane. Although I never used it, there was a sauna and a nicely warmed spa. There was free parking, and they let us park the car there for a few more hours after we had checked out. The shower was warm with good water pressure and good height on the nozzle.
The entire hotel had a strange smell (I think it was cheap cleaning products). The room had thin windows and the air conditioner/heater had some holes around it (as it was propped within the window) and we had a view of the M3, so the noise was horrific. We could have tried to turn on the heater to drown out some of the noise, but it was louder and more erratic than the motorway. The room was dusty. You could easily feel the springs through the thin mattress. We were quite cold both nights, as we couldn't turn on the heater because of the noise and there weren't enough blankets. They didn't bring us refills of shampoo and conditioner for the second day, and when I told the receptionist upon check out, she didn't apologize.
The staff are courteous, prompt.
They should use eftpos machines which accept Visa or Master or other international cards or alternatively accept international currencies.
The staff were extremely helpfull, the location was excellent within walking distance of Southbank and the view from 610 was superb!
First room was not so good but the staff quickly changed to a better room.
We enjoyed our stay, the location was great & the room comfortable, the rate was also very affordable & it included parking.
The view of the Brisbane River, Southbank and the lights of the city at night was breathtaking. Including breakfast with the overnight stay was a bonus. Parking was free
The room was clean and very comfortable.
The bathroom can be updated.
