Extra cost "due to G20." As a regular customer (not attending the G20!!) i felt it poor show to increase the room cost to me.

Check-in was simple - reception staff very pleasant and friendly. Room spacious, very comfortable and clean.
Noise in the hallways from other guests coming and going late at night. An issue with the lights in our room - seemed to be more complicated than necessary and on rising very early in the morning for an early o/s flight, couldn't actually get the main room lights to operate (bathroom and bedside lamps ok).

Convenience to City without the high price tag - good range of services at the Hotel including reasonably priced meals.
Lack of organisation in the bar/restaurant. Too many staff - lead to confusion with orders and who was doing what.

“The hotel facilities are excellent, the rooms are modern and well-furnished, with very comfortable beds. The staff were very helpful during a difficult time (COVID), with mask-wearing and clean rooms providing a safe environment. The location is handy to the Gateway motorway (for airport access) and about a 15 minute drive to the CBD.”
