    The service and attention to detail was outstanding. Nothing was to much trouble. The staff and owner were very friendly and we will be staying at this guest house again. It was wonderful.

    Excellent service, wonderful people in a very convivial environment, which gives you the impression of coming home. Rather than lots of hotels which are interchangeable, Number 11 is unique in both people and environment. Highly recommended.

    Nothing at all. One side note, please be advised that if you need to unpack your car, as we did, the roads of Bruges are very narrow indeed.
