Great for the money
Nice hotel, great for the money, comfortable bed, USB Sockets, hair dryer, friendly staff, good location.
Lovely, comfortable hotel. I really enjoyed my cosy room, which was perfect for what I was after. Good, quiet location also. I really enjoyed my stay.
Rooms are not very sound-proof. You can hear the people in the neighbouring room talking etc. Also, water pipes on 3rd floor make funny noises for about 10-15min after you (or a neighbour) run a tape or flush the toilet.
It's value. Approximately 10 mins walk to the bell tower. Wifi access. Great view from attic room.
If you stay in the attic room, the shower is literally impossible to use. In order to use the shower, you must stand side way, this is the only way to minimize water spill. Install a shower curtain will be a good idea. The wall are paper thin, you can hear a conversaion to what they are watch next door.
Very nice breakfasts and the family-style design of dining room.
In a small double - uncomfortable location bath in bathroom. There is under low slope of a roof.
Warm welcome, really nice place, very friendly. Very clean, loved the breakfast, lots to choose from, would stay there again next time.
Could do with the heating in the room turned up a bit. We stayed there in November, after a cold wet day in Brugge, would be nice to come back and the heating was a bit warmer, only being picky though with this comment.
Good location, very beautiful view from the window, clean room.
1)i go to the breakfast at 9:40 am, but kitchen was closed. 2) very very dump next door peoples.
Friendly and helpful staff, very convenient for the town centre
the atmosphere, the personnel, the room, the breakfast
We liked a lot of things: -the hotel was near the down town, we could walk to see most of important locations of Brugges (museums, markets, shopping area) - the room was wonderful, actually a small apartment, very clean - they have a garden with two cages with rabbits which made my daughter very happy, -very good buffet breakfast
friendly, convenient, great breakfast, above average room
The breakfast room, quiet part of town within easy walking distance to the centre, close to Tom's Diner, view from the attic window towards town
the stair climb to the attic room :)
