Hotel rooms was a bit on the small side, but we were 3 people and felt comfortable just the same.

Staff at reception very friendly. I felt welcome, was given a good tip on restaurant, was offered an option on breakfast (as I was leaving before 6).

The staff were friendly and helpful, the breakfasts were very good, and we felt very comfortable staying here. The location of the hotel was excellent, being a 10 min. stroll from the centre of Bruges. It was also a walkable distance to the train station and buses to other destinations in Belgium were just across the road.
It would have been nice to have tea and coffee making facilities in the room. We also experienced noise from neighbouring departing guests very early in the morning.

The best thing about the hotel was the fabulous croissants they serve every morning. Breakfast is included in the room price. They come hot from the oven. We dream about it. The location was great too. Super close to the city, maybe 30 steps. There's also a private parking, in a closed garage, 10 euros/day.
I wished there was a window in the bathroom to let out the steam.
