Pros (+) The people at the front desk were nice.
Cons (-) The entire facility was dirty. My room smelled and was dusty. One of the beds was made with unchanged sheets. If I wasn’t so tired when I arrived, I would have found another place to stay.

Pros (+) It was superficially clean, but the place is beat and neglected.
Pros (+) The price was great, beds were comfy, plenty of linens, quiet rooms, convenient to shopping and eating and a short trip to FLETC. Wi-Fi was easily accessed and plenty of TV channels.
Cons (-) The vending machines were priced ridiculously high ($1.50 for a can of soda), and the entire hotel could do with a facelift and update. Carpet is lumpy and too dark for the poorly-lit hallways, the elevator is straight up scary, makes noises like the cables are ab to fray and snap. Continental breakfast was OK but we decided to just go to McDonald's instead.

Cons (-) I had a family emergency and had to terminate my stay a day early , the refund process was a bit troublesome filled with various hurdles to over come . As for your survey here , rebuild it so as to be able to move the cursor in the parragraph , not being able to manipulate the cursor it is very anouying ...
Pros (+) When we checked in, the room we were provided smelled worse than an Irish pub at 10am. The lady at the front desk was really helpful though and tried to place us in a cleaner room. She was very nice!....
Cons (-) Unfortunately the only other room was a jacuzzi sweet.... 1 Queen and a three-person jacuzzi in a giant suite. Not exactly ideal for a family of 4. Oh well... the price was right.

Cons (-) Breakfast was awful, beds were uncomfortable, strong bad odor in room from ac unit, shower had one jet stream took over20 minutes just to wet my short hair. Think several people lived in hotel it was not clean.
Pros (+) We are a family of four and we liked our stay. The room was welcoming and the beds were comfortable. Our room service came on time as well. Definitely a good value.
Cons (-) An iron was a necessity for our stay. They had one at the lobby that we had to ask for. Minor thing.
