Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel staff for being friendly and helpful, and many found the rooms and beds comfortable and clean. However, a major concern across reviews is the safety of the surrounding area, with frequent mentions of visible drug use, disturbances, and an overall feeling of insecurity, especially at night. The location is considered convenient for access to Brussels Nord station and the city center, but the neighborhood's reputation detracts from the experience. Cleanliness and service within the hotel are generally rated positively, though some guests encountered minor maintenance or amenity issues. Overall, while the hotel itself is appreciated for its comfort and staff, the external environment is a significant drawback for many guests.
