Close to metro station / bus and tram stops, it's easy to reach the city centre in 10-15 minutes. Stylish room, comfortable beds. Flat screen tv with more than 30 channels, air-condition, trendy furnitures. Very good price/value ratio.
The smell from the bathroom and noise of the street is a bit disturbing. Location always has a lot of poor people and some homelesses.
