It was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and were very helpful in giving directions and in accomodating our tight airline schedule.

The Manzard Panzio is the best Budget Hotel I've ever stayed in. The staff was very friendly and helpful and spoke English and German. The interiour of the room wasn't very modern, but it was decorated with a lot of love and it was very clean! The breakfast was really good and for a hotel in this price class there was plenty of choice (eggs, cake, ham, salami, cheese, marmalade, cereals, different kinds of bread, etc. and this every morning). I've read in some comments that it's a long walk to the next subway station ... It was a 10 minutes walk, so for me that's not very long, but that depends on how you feel it.

Room wasn't ready even though it was 4pm but was ready soon after we arrived.

Stuff: freindly and helpful. We've got some advices about places to dinner and about public transport. Location: about 3 metro stops from city center. Nothing interesting around the hotel, but location is quiet enogh. Wi-fi: connection was good and free. Free inside parking is a big plus. Breakfast is good.
The sheets and all the linen on the bad had such a strong smell of the freshener (or linen conditioner or something like that) that I could hardly breathe and sleep! this was the biggest minus. Everything else was ok for the value of the hotel.
