The modern design of the hotel (especially the bathrooms) is very well thought through, the courtyard is very pleasing.
The building was very clean and the staff tried to speak English to us although it was hard for some of them to understand us. The restaurant food was superb. We enjoyed our stay here on the whole.
The bed was very uncomfortable and the bottom sheet didn't fit it properly. We also had problems with mosquitos but that can't be helped.
Restaurant decoration, but very expensive.
Very expensive, bad quality/price ratio. not very well located, but is small city, can go everywhere by foot.
Some of the reception staff were very helpful. I suspect the bar and restaurant would have been more congenial had the place not been surrounded by roadworks.
We broke a glass by accident and were charged for it on the bill. Breakfast was expensive for what it was.
I thought the reception staff were well informed and friendly, and the location was very good.
The restaurant was very poor - my daughter had finished her meal before my son and I were served.
The room was great, the restaurant was great and the location is good too, not far from the beach =)
The hotel looks brand new, the staff were extremely friendly and although their English was not the best they were happy to help, free breakfast, free WiFi internet, nice room in the middle of Burgas and even a bidet in the bathroom!!! They also looked after our bags after we checked out but still wanted to walk around the city a bit before our flight. Wow, extremely pleased with this hotel, a very very good value for the money.
Had to pay for room upfront (maybe they don't trust foreigners?)
Cheap, relatively new hotel.
A bit further away from the centre than I expected, the air in the room was stale, the elevator doesn't go up to the fifth floor.
A very frendly and homely hotel the staff were very helpefull
All staff very friendly and helpful
1. No breakfast available 2. No checkout facility before 10.00 am - much too late when there is a plane to catch
