Good location and nice pool
Expensive parking, lots of mold on the AC vents
The rooms were spacious, and the staff were nice.
The rooms, especially the bathrooms are a bit dated. It would be a good idea for the hotel to go through a remodel. But it was clean and everything worked, just needs to be brought out of the 90s.
The staff are extremely friendly and helpful and the location is ok. The view is pretty good as well.
Evidently the room had just been "refreshed" however the bathroom was extremely dated with cheap metal fittings that reminded me of my early days in the Army. The layout of the room was bizarre to say the least so much so that you would have to turn your head 90 degrees to watch the TV from the bed. The air conditioning is pre-set to 25 degrees Celsius which in the wet season is not sufficient and the room is hot, this is not an acclimatization issue as we are from North Queensland and we found it oppressive to the point we had to have both the fan and air conditioning on at the same time to be comfortable.
All the information they gave on the book is wrong
The bartender luke was very professional
They gave disable room with garage view , no transportation and no room service even when I checkin at 1130 pm . Shame when the hotel was empty. They need to learn some management hospitality.
Great views of harbor but very very dated
Views were great both mountain view and ocean. Even nice location about 10 minutes to city center along the great esplanade.
Very very dated needs complete Reno. Plus they must not look up when they clean. All the vents and doors were sooo dirty We stayed in a two bedroom condo which could have been wonderful expect the furnishings were so old and made everything feel so unclean. Plus 6 nights and no new towels etc. wifi slow or non If privately own condos they shouldn't rent people's who aren't updated as $200 per night and it was 2 star only
Very comfortable bedroom with pleasant views. Nice pool.
Poor organisation in dining room. Waited 45 mins for a la carte when later arrivals, ordering same meal, were served promptly. Spoilt what otherwise would have been an excellent stay!
Very helpful stuff, great rooms, high value for money and perfect location. Quite pleasant stay.

Excellent friendly helpful staff great location totaly relaxing and enjoyable stay
I liked the swimming pool. The restaurant downstairs has a delicious Seafood Buffet with nice, friendly staff.
Rude receptionist. Room was very noisy (opposite laundry). Staff did not announce themselves before entering my room. No linen provided for my daughter's sofa bed and it was too lumpy to sleep on anyway so we had to share for the week.
Fantastic Gym, lovely pool and spa, fantastic view of mountains from mountain view rooms. Nice amount of space in rooms.
Only that there was no microwave in the room for heating things.
The rooms were clean and modern. Good laundrey facilities. Fantastic pool with access to gym and hot tub. Lovely views and a short walk to town centre.
The hotel bar and restaurant were quite expensive.
Location and harbour view, undercover parking, availability of services.
Room not tidied until the afternoon. Tissues not replaced in bathroom last 2 days. No information at Tour Desk on national park walking sites, local towns, countryside (all focused on purchasable operator tours & facilities)
1. Good view of the Pacific Ocean 2. Good arrangement for tour reservations, airport transportation, etc. 3. Good internet access
1. Air conditioning often too strong 2. Dining room services not so excellent
We were offered the opportunity to join the Priority guest program and told that discounts would apply to our accomodation and food immediately. We joined straight away and subsequently a card was left in our room. When checking out we presented the card but were told that it did not apply to our accomodation with that stay, nor did it apply to breakfasts or to room service and that we should have presented the card when actually eating in the dining room. When we said that this had not been explained to us we were told it was in the booklet which accompanied the card - which we neverreceived. We felt that the 'selling' of the Priority Guest card was deliberately deceptive and it left us with a very sour taste.
I enjoyed the water front view along with the location just a short walk to the city.
According to the website, it says that you offer a airport shuttle which I thought was free, but instead I had to catch a taxi from and to the airport.
