Pros (+) The staff was very good. Helpful, accommodating and the ones I spoke with had a good command of English.
Cons (-) The room was very tired. The couch had a large patch in the upholstery. The couch cushions did not match the couch and the whole thing was so uncomfortable that I piled pillows on it to even sit on it. Carpets are stained and the whole room was due for a serious make over.

Pros (+) The location is the only thing going for it. Oh.... nice gym. Pool area was nice but it is winter!
Cons (-) 1. Dirty. Housekeeping is substandard. 2. Food. Just plain blah. School cafeteria quality. 3. Cost. For what you get it’s not even close to being worth it. We checked out early and moved to an airport hotel. It was that bad!

Pros (+) The hotel was a good place for its price. We enjoyed the amenities but there isn't much to do outside of the hotel. We enjoyed Zamalek area more and people should consider that area if traveling on vacation.
Cons (-) The rooms are a bit old and it's not really 5 stars. Overall, it wasn't bad.

Pros (+) There's a nice view of the pyramids by the pool. The rooms are nice and updated except for the carpet.
Cons (-) Eat outside of the hotel. The food is mediocre at best. The hotel is very disorganized. Lots of potential regarding this hotel but needs new management.
