Nothing to like.
Bad Location. Dirty and dark.Poor airconditioning. Not more than 3 star.
Breakfast was good. We had a nice large 2 bedroom suite which was ideal for a young family. Renovation is ongoing so possibly in 6 months time all will be better.
Rooms were hardly cleaned (dirty carpets) and hair from previous guests was still in the bathtub... The hotel urgently needs renovation and which has actually started. Dinner in the hotel is not advised, the restaurant is empty in the evening... but there is enough close by!
Location, large room, Nile view
This is not a 4 star hotel (max 2 star), thus it was overpriced. bathroom - badly needs renovation; all room furniture - old and often broken. elevator - just a disaster!
the hotel only three star maybe two,,,,,expansive and the should be the website i mean booking rating the hotels list again.
Large room, good location on Zamalek, good breakfast.
Overpriced for what we got. Not particularly friendly staff. Went to pay by Visa, but their machine didn't work!
View of the Nile and large spacious room
Elevator broke down with three guests inside and the staff made no effort to reassure us that we would be safely rescued. Staff gave you impression that they didn't really care about you.
Atmosphere is nice, old style egyptian furniture. But its very old for 50 bucks ( 100 in 2 persons) its a good deal, being into Zamalek a good area of Cairo
Its position is on the street is not so good, you can hear millions of taxis driving in it! Not very peaceful place, but its common in Cairo. I had to pay with cash, as the concierge always told me that the machine was broken. Moreover, I had to pay every motning the night I spent. This is unbelievable for a 4 stars hotel.
The staff were very helpful. Great to have a Nile view.
Location of Hotel and brekfast
The rom was not clear when I arived, I hadn,t lights besid my bed. And so much trafikk and noisy at the night.
