Good restaurant and breakfast.
Noisy. This is a problem for most hotels in Cairo. Traffic is terrible and a lot of noise come from the street. Also, the bathroom was not perfectly clean.
Nile view from panorama room / people
Toilet , window ,noise
it was way less than my expectations. I wonder how it is classified as 4 or even 3 stars hotel!
Security staff do not respect privacy of the guest. Rooms are not clean especially the bathrooms. The beds are not comfortable at all. Location is awkward and context is unworkable.
The hotel was very comfortable and clean, the attention of the staff, very attentive and friendly
Maybe a little bit the surroundings of the hotel and the noise of the street.
Every staff person at this hotel went out of their way to make sure you had what you needed. They went beyond what was expected and I enjoyed my stay there due to their hospitality.
This hotel should not be considered 4 Star. There was no shampoo in the room, the hairdryer didn't work, and the location is in a very poor area of the city.
The hotel is located in the Giza area, which was the main reason that we chose it. We wanted to be close to the Pyramids as we only stayed in Cairo for a small trip in the capital. The location doesn't offer much of a view though.
Need new furniture and far from central of city.
safety and confortable place to be in Cairo
The staff need to improve the english skills.
It was a shelter, the place was so awful we did not want to relax in the hotel which made us stay out more!!
The view and look of the hotel are deceiving, it is in the slum part of cairo and definately not 4 star accomodation. We would have been better off paying for a two star which is cheaper and closer to the hart of Cairo.
