Overrated and greatly overpriced. In the room you got .5 liter of bottled water per person per day free. If you wanted more it was 7€ per .5 liter! Cheapest sandwich available was 26€. There was a concierge desk, but no one was at it the entire time we were there (Fri-Mon). The WiFi in the room was spotty; it was better in the lobby.
