Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location, friendly and helpful service, and excellent pool facilities, especially for families with children. The animation team and entertainment options were also highlighted as positives. However, several guests noted issues with cleanliness in rooms and common areas, long waits for elevators, and occasional noise due to the hotel's large size. Breakfast and dining experiences were mixed, with some appreciating the variety and others mentioning queues and average food quality. Overall, the hotel is seen as a good choice for families seeking fun amenities and a lively atmosphere, though improvements in cleanliness and organization could enhance the experience.
