Okay for money, not tightly run
Near T stop Good price --Overall it got the job done for a business trip, but I would choose a corporate hotel chain for the same price next time.
Cold and noisy room because of not tight windows Not efficiently run or professional Breakfast was corporate continental breakfast, not a "bed and breakfast" breakfast Greeted at the front door like I didn't belong, but other than that one staff person, others were nice Trouble with providing receipts for business travel

Nice breakfast. A pleasant 10 minute walk to Davis Square and another 15 minutes to Tufts.
My room was in a different building from reception/breakfast - this was not really a problem in good weather, but would be less than ideal in the rain/snow/cold.

A very well kept B & B on Boston's Mass. Ave. A 5 min walk from Davis station on the red line. Wifi works, breakfast is standard. I especially liked the very friendly talk we had when I arrived.

I liked the hospitality. I don't really have anything else nice to say about this experience.
The room was way too small for $189 a night. It was way away from anything. There was absolutely no parking there. Privacy was an issue because every little room was too close. I was very disappointed.
