Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's convenient location and, in many cases, the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. However, there are frequent complaints about the small room and bathroom sizes, with several guests finding them uncomfortably cramped. Some reviews mention issues with amenities, such as the lack of a minibar or safe, and concerns about value for price. Service experiences are mixed, with some guests highlighting positive interactions and others noting unhelpful or unfriendly staff. Overall, while the location and some aspects of service are appreciated, improvements are needed in room comfort and facilities.AI-Generated from customer reviews
