“Zafiro is a great hotel with plenty of friendly amenities, very friendly staff and good location. We stay at Zafiro for several years now (long before it was called Zafiro and was Viva Hotel instead) and we like it very much. It is only because we like the hotel and we would want to see it succeed and keep its good reputation among families, I point out several things that need to be improved in my comments below.”
