Pros (+) Friendly helpful staff. Courtesy bus to key locations with friendly driver. Car park on site ( though needs booked!). Meals on front terrace overlooking road and public open space was very pleasant. Pool area nice and relaxing with complimentary soft drinks.
Cons (-) Maintenance - the air con and a window needed maintenance in our first room and it took a lot of complaining about the over heating to get moved room. Also the female waiting staff had stained blouses which gave a bad impression of kitchen hygiene. The hotel should launder them daily and inspect regularly.
