This is a good hotel the location is good and the music is great. WiFi is free and excellent. Everything works and is as expected. Nice people too.
The decor could do with a big refresh.

Location brilliant!!
They would only let me book for a 2 night stay as the rugby was on but I only wanted 1 night so it worked out really expensive for a less then adequate stay

The staff made you feel welcome, breakfast was very good due to selection, speedy service and unlimited food. the hotel overall was like a bad fawlty towers.
Decor, everything was shabby and outdated, has great potential as the buidling has got character, the location is brilliant. suprised that the rooms had brand new flat screen TVs and wifi installed. due to the staff being exceptionally warm and informative far outweighed everything else.

“The Sandringham is one of the iconic Cardiff hotels, I've wanted to stay here for a while. The price was very good for a city centre hotel and getting free entry to the Jazz society gigs every night and 20% off food and drinks made for added value. Friendly and helpful staff made our stay extra special. Location can't be better whether you're here to shop or to party.”
