Our stay was just ok. The bedding was dirty, the carpet had stains. We had to request to have our room cleaned daily. The last day of our stay it didn’t get cleaned even though we requested it twice. Other than that, the location was nice and the hotel offered nice amenities like free bike rentals and free kayaking. The pedal boats were very minimal charge and we really enjoyed that. Pros (+) Clean rooms
Cons (-) This place is simply a fancy motel charging hotel prices. Service was no different from a motel. Resort fee was a joke.

Pros (+) The s'more kit upon check in, super friendly and helpful staff. Very nice room, comfortable and well maintained.
Cons (-) We were in town for a soccer tournament and the weather was in 60s so we would have liked to enjoy the pool and lake activities.

Pros (+) We loved the room, bed was really comfortable. Had a great nights sleep. The pool area is great. Cabanas, two pools, two jacuzzis, and two firepitts. Plenty of space.
Cons (-) Staff was nice but not very knowledgeable. No one ever went out of their way to help if there was a problem.
