Location, appearance.
Some rooms are smaller than others. Staff were okay with changing my room though.

Great staff and clean rooms. Location is perfect and the price was right.
It's in a great part of town but there is a good amount of noise due to the location. We're usually up early so it wasn't a big deal but not ideal for someone looking to sleep in late!
