Pros (+) The staff is outstanding and waiting to serve you as soon as you walk in with a smile. The rooms may be small but the space is well designated and the comfort level is excellent. The rooms are very quiet with good padding between them and you are given a refreshing drink when you walk into the hotel which was excellent
Cons (-) A simple bottle of water in the room would be outstanding as guest star thirsty and tired

Pros (+) We only stayed for a short amount of time but for the time that we were there, the staff were welcoming and very helpful. The hotel is located near the public beaches and is surrounded by a bunch of locally owned shops and restaurants. Definitely recommend this place for anyone looking to stay in Cartagena.
