Cons (-) Service was very poor.. staff untrained.. room was not prepped.. no clothes hangers in the closet, no face towels, no bottle of water, no coffee tea complementary and the room didn't have any information regarding the hotel and the facilities in it there was no menue for the room service. And I raised the issue twice with the reception staff and got nothing.. everytime I came down there were bunch...
