Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's central location and the friendliness and professionalism of the staff, with many highlighting the helpfulness of reception and service teams. Cleanliness receives mixed feedback, with some guests satisfied and others noting issues like humidity or worn towels. Amenities such as the pool and gym are frequently criticized for being unavailable or under renovation, and noise from construction or cleaning staff is a recurring complaint. Despite these drawbacks, many guests enjoyed their stay, especially appreciating the convenient location and welcoming atmosphere.AI-Generated from customer reviews
