Guests consistently praise the hotel staff for their friendliness, helpfulness, and professionalism. The breakfast receives high marks for its variety and quality, and the pool is noted as a highlight for many visitors. Some guests mention spacious rooms and good value for money. However, there are repeated mentions of ongoing renovations, dated facilities, and the location being less convenient for some. Overall, the positives in service, breakfast, and amenities outweigh the negatives, making for a satisfying stay.AI-Generated from customer reviews
