Amazing and great experience, crew was available and took great care of my parents. Food was nice and so was the service. Aircraft from Dubai to Mumbai was not so great and was a big showdown of the aircraft service
The ground staff on Islamabad is horrible. The on board services are excellent.
The entire crew went above and beyond. This was our first flight with our 3 month old, and they were accommodating and friendly. The crew is attentive and marks a HIGE difference to the regular runs with Avianca and LATAM.
Business class on this plane was adequate, service, amenities, swag, and crew was amazing!
Boarding was a mess, no one managing the queues. I got my meal as the pilot announced starting commencing descent and basic drink not available. No air bridge so takes forever to deplane the A380 onto buses.
Nothing, all that I know is that I will never travel with Emirates again Qatar is were I belong. You guys should send someone over to experience what true acomadation is, Emirates has the worst food that I ever eat on any airline ,even jetblue has better food and snacks that curry Indian garbage you guys serve just make people sick.
The food options for children is limited The business class bed is not fully lie flat, and this is an uncomfortable sleep

One of the worst flights I took in My life, delays after delays, then the AC is not working and we were living in a sauna,& we were sweating like pigs. and this even before take off. Next we arrived late one hour late, baggage claims worse than the delay itself add to that one more hour to get our luggage. I am extremely disappointed and my experience is I’m never going to fly on Emirates airline. Immigration was the only good thing about this trip. It took us seven minutes to go through to the luggage claims.
