On my Aegean flight to London a few days before, I was able to check the bag for free. I do not understand why I was charged for the bag on the way back but not on the way over. $75 is half what I paid for the flight itself - seems way too much just to check a small bag. I will keep this in mind when considering flying with Aegean in the future."

A few days before the schedule the flights back and my company made a new reservation for me. When I got to airport i understood that I have two reservations, which it’s mean that we payed twice. I don’t know if you can do something about it, but I expect that you will make an effort to give me my money back. Thanks, Itzhak Ashkenazi"

While chat with Kayak (actually, Priceless) staff was easy, communication withIsrair was terrible. Until the check-in in the airport I didn't know whether the price includes sending a checked bag. Nobody was able to tell me this. Moreover, Priceless representative triet to convince me that the price doesn't include checked bag, while it did. So, I would find myself traveling with carry-on only, and that's unjustified. There is no possibility to do onlibe check-in."

It became a standard of this company to delay it's scheduled flights by hours! One to two days in advance, a notice of one hour delay is issued, then - at the airport, another 2 to 3 hours are occurring, at our outbound as well on our incoming flights. Be advised that this is to be expected. Furthermore - do not expect any transparency or explanation or just pure information from the company's reps on location, nor any other compensation or just a coupon for a snack or drink. It's probably just not part of the company's relation with it's clients.

Pros: "New aircraft, had a VOD service in your own device, also optional paid WiFi. We were offered water during the flight. The price was good and everything went smooth."
Cons: "Security in PRG airport is done at the gate - after the duty free shops, so there's no way to go back. No toilet or water fountain at the gate area after security - only a vending machine is available and benches. You can bring liquids bought in the duty free shops only if you ask at the cashier to get it packed in a special bag. That's probably not the airlines fault, but it is something to note when departing from PRG. The check in process is also very slow, that is due to Israeli security questioning, the line gets all around the terminal."

The flight was late with no explanation given to the passengers.

Overall a good experience for a short low cost flight . Boarding and departure was on time, crew was nice, airplane conditions were ok. The Heraklion airport is not convinient at all, especially as it doesn’t have an air conditioner. But this is not related to BlueBird.

I think I will never fly agsin with Blue Bird

The check in was really bad. This was my worst experience as far as i can remember. Very slow without any real reason.

There was a delay on the flight, in addition although there was a delay there was a last boarding sign earlier than the boarding time. So overall - stressed to come quickly to board and then waited a long time and arrived later than planned
