Aegean service is far superior than BA in all aspects when it comes to travelling between London-Greece
Great flight for a great price
We had not informed that our plane was cancelled ! this is our friend that inform us
Good
Travelling with a baby is always challenging, it was further challenging when your upfront reserved seats were changed without you being given any notice and you are a Gold Star Alliance customer.
2 hours delay on the plane causing us to miss our connection
2 hours delay on the plane causing is to miss our connection
Snacks could come back to normal now that COVID rules have relaxed, given this is not a low fare company
Not major good but not bad
The boarding process in Athens was strict enough to be painful. I was asked the standard "Did you receive a package...?" sorts of questions three times, I believe. With the additional interviews/inspections, I was made anxious that we were not going to board/take off on time. The in-flight food service was...not a memorable experience. Maybe alternating fresh seafood and grilled foods during my stay in Greece colors my experience. I think I recall some sort of "cake" for dessert that only required one taste to realize it was dry, sugary, and not a way to end a meal. From entree to dessert, a lack of...imagination. The standard economy seating was as tight as I could tolerate before saying it was uncomfortable. When the passenger in front of me reclined his seat after a meal, I had to catch my tray from sliding into my lap. I am only 73"/185 cm. tall, with a 34"/86.5 cm. inseam, so not a TALL man. But, I have sat in worse configurations in US domestic cabins. The cabin crew was attentive and courteous. Just by their multi-national/multi-lingual backgrounds, there were courtesies or brief conversations each time I went to the rear galley for a beverage (which was cheerfully provided). They did have to struggle a bit with passengers trying to get up before the aircraft was at a final halt. They were firm, addressing the passengers in the most-likely languages deemed appropriate. And were ignored by a few.

The crew was exceptional
Good value for money. Small snack and free drinks. And most important: on time!

Price was good
Cons: The are bin delete, and we go to plin and after siting, the change for in other ercraft. Big delay.
Pros: Great seat. Lots of space. Wonderful crew
Cons: Sandwiches could be better
Pros: Good choice on the cabin crew. Reminds me of Vijay MALYA's Kingfisher calendar girls at their startup. Being naughty. Overall crew very courteous and importantly bilingual.
Cons: Food option for Economy was a pleasant surprise, perhaps could be switched for just hot and cold beverages with a snack... a big grandma cookie... choices of indulging/ healthy/ neutral.
Cons: Business class is basically what economy is on Air France or Swiss
Cons: When in transit in Athens to a domestic flight they now require you to go through security again...bad news if you bought a bottle if something in your departure airport
Pros: New plane, comfortable seats, cheerful and polite staff
Cons: There were no overhead screens with the video clips about Greece and its food...
Pros: Ye,everything was fine
Pros: Fantastic
Cons: Very light and friendly crew
Cons: rip off at boarding. very intellectual airline. we had a piece of luggage for two. total weight 8.2kg. I have been flying with this case for more than 10 years without any problems. aegeian found out that he 1.5! cm is too long. we would have to pay 50 euros. I go to court with this bill
Cons: For the Athens to Heraklio flight, I'm not sure offering sesame desert (or anything sugary) to tired and hungry travelers is a good idea. For many of us, this was a the second, late-night connecting flight, after many hours of traveling. Something salty would probably be more appreciated and enjoyed at that moment.
Cons: Lovely
Cons: Healthier food.
