Cons:No USB port at seat, limited entertainment, unresponsive crew-requested more tea and never received it. Tight seating, didn't leave on time

Cons:We had a medical emergency. I understand that and am happy to stop to allow that passenger off. But we were told it would be a quick stop. We were on the ground for over 3 hours without communication from the crew. When asked questions they gave no answers. Even after we left they couldn't tell us what took so long. I understand things happen, but a little communication goes a long way.

Pros:Modern 737-900, arrived slightly ahead of time. Check in was good, boarding and the flight. The only lack is entertainment - small central screen. I don't watch movies, but like to see the route to know what is going on.

Cons:when buying with Kayak, one can not order a seat in the airplane. the flight was full and i had to wait until every body boarded the plane. i waited 2 hours for it. it would be nice if you can send a link to the official site to choose a seat or a reminder to do so 2 days before the flight. thank you
