Seat horribly lacking in lumbar support. Bluetooth earphone connection Jair wouldn’t work. Food options were quite tasty and staff was professional and efficient as well as welcoming.

Great, smooth flight. I did think there would be an outlet to use to plug in to at the seat.
Honestly didn’t like anything. Crew was in rush . Food was ok and there was no whiskey. Have to pay extra $ if you want to drink whiskey . They only provide wine and beer.
The flight from Lisbon to Newark was much, mush better then flight from Newark to Porto.
Knowing more clearly if I’m getting an air Canada or United flight. And ability to move tix dates even at this price point. My dad is sick and I wanted to extend my trip a couple of days but I was prohibited and fare was pretty expensive as is.

Not enough leg space on the seats.
Going through customs and having a connecting flight is impossible in Chicago.
The flight and staff was very good However: we could not check in using the website. We got the reminders and updated information but could not check in on either flight. And we did have the United App. Also just a tip for fellow travelers - going through customs in Chicago Ohare Airport it terrible.

The flight was on time and the crew were great.
The amount of seating is ridiculously small. Three points to consider Point One: Your in flight magazine needs to be smaller. Do you realize I can't even hold it in a reading position because of the limited space in front of me? It's a hangover from the past and if you want anyone to read it, it must be smaller. Point two: It is very uncomfortable for a lady to be sitting next to a strange man and constantly rubbing upper arms even when both of our elbows are within the arm rests. And larger men (whom I pity in this confined predicament) also tend to spread their legs into my leg space which requires me to hold my legs into a smaller position. Point three: The seats seem to position one's body in an unusually upright manner and the head rests push the head farther forward. I gave a small effort to see if the headrest could be removed but didn't want to break it or cause a scene with my efforts. I finally put my jacket behind my back to place my body more forward to match the head rest. The service was fine and I noticed ALL staff worked at smiling and greeting passengers. That was nice. No one likes to fly anymore as it is an endurance rather than a pleasure.

Bag check employee was on the phone the whole time… couldn’t even explain why I was missing tags and just looked at me funny and laughed while he was on the phone. Horrible customer service.
One of my suitcases was left in Frankfurt during the layover. The suitcase arrived the next day so, I had to get a cab to drive me for over 200 kilometers to go back to the airport to pickup the suitcase. After I picked up the suitcase and left the airport, I realized that one of the wheels of the suitcase is broken. When I tried to submit a complaint, the system did not allow me to do that because I have to do it at the airport and I have only three days to submit the complaint. Given that I am staying 200 kilometers away from the airport, I am not going to go back again to the airport to submit the complaint about the suitcase. I spent all that money on airline tickets to go to Algeria to be on vacation not to go back and forth for 200 kilometers between where I am staying and the airport.
Flight crew was great. Comfortable/spacious seating.
Very easy to travel with, comfortable. Snacks and beverages could be improved. All in all mediocre experience.
You can’t checking with no carry on bag, the entertainment was awesome and the crew very friendly and polite

The infotainment system is liking compared to Airlines like Emirates Etihad Singapore Qantas
Compared to other international Airlines the infotainment system is need of overhaul. Doesn't have music it's got a limited selection of movies but I was impressed that an American airline was showing the documentary on John Farnham an Australian singer!
I had a chance to see the Captain personally interacting with a mother of an infant and was happy to see the caring interaction. Also the crew was very helpful.
I don't understand why they can't have charging ports on seats in 2023. They only offer it as a 'premium seat' service. It's ridiculous
