Business class - dificult to get out of front facing seat to get to the aisle. No handholds etc. The seat in lay flat position can be a little wider so arms don't get scrunched when laying on back - I am not very big at all. The food tray needs to be able to be adjusted closer to passenger while eating.
Business class. The crew was very responsive and courteous. The lay flat seats were good, but can be slightly (1 or 2 inches) wider. I am not big, but not much space for arms while lying down on back. Getting out of the front facing window seat in business class was not easy - no hand holds or other devices to help stand up from the seat in upright position to get out into the aisle. The food tray sould be able to be brought closer to the passenger while eating. Overall, good, but not as good as in some other airline business class.

Food is horrible compared how it was in ETihad few years ago so is staff who doesn’t want to help the people at all.
I guess because it was a short distance we get into small unit but the seats were very uncomfortable, but an overall experience I will say that with make it some improvement to the seats and give them a little more of space it will make a difference
It will be good idea to improve the seat space even in economy if you explain the idea to make it more confort for passengers they will choose more your service
Seating comfort, coordination by staff, food, punctuality and cleanliness were all excellent. Most of the flight crew staff were courteous except one or two which maybe considered as area for improvement.
Unusually slow checking process. Can improve on that. Food was okay but can improve on that also.
Boarding was very good and crew was good , entertainment system and food was not that good .

Horrible immigration experience at ABU DHABI. A lot of mismanagement.
everything was good except the immigration process at Abu Dhabi. There were not instructions on where to go. The assigned gate was closed and there was no place to rest. The immigration queue was long and it took 2 hours to get to the immigration officer. Horrible experience.
Fare difference was really bad almost double than my regular fare never fly again
Overall experience except baggage collection in Chicago was good. In Chicago, baggages from many flights routed to single domestic carousel that had caused lots of mess and many had to wait for more than 90 minutes to collect the baggage as Etihad baggages were released in pockets due to priorities given to other domestic flights baggage
Both major veg meals included Paneer - seems like they are limited on vegetarian options to have to serve the same on 2 diff meals. yes these meals incl other items but 2 diff veg options would help.
Associate at Delhi airport was not friendly at all and kept stating that she could not help with seat selection for connecting flight from Abu Dhabi. Even if this is true ?? her continuing to state that this would come at a charge ( just to get a aisle seat) did not help.

Immigration form was very small lettered and too much to read for two answer. Many had to sear on the floor to fill it.
Veg. Food was very bad. One time pasta. Other time eggplant. We only could eat bread butter. Most of the seats around us could not be pulled back during landing even by crew. Our raw was 31. Helpers were not helping even old customers. Boarding from amd was chaos so was checking. Crew was efficient and energetic. Check in staff was helpful.

Flight delayed a lot for unexplained reasons Wrong Baggage carousel number announced in the plane caused unnecessary delay at baggage claim
No proper directions about US immigration/ customs locations and procedures.
The original flight on 15th canceled but not informed the passenger. The next flight allocated was for 20th. Why 5 days later. This is unacceptable
