Clearly an inexperienced cabin crew. Boarding took much longer than usual. Food took much longer to be distributed than usual.

Great quality food. clean cabin and bathrooms. Fast boarding and overall comfortable flight for the duration and times.
Your crew was amazing! Friendly, and let my husband and I have a meal in back with them, because a boy got sick behind us and they took some time to clean him and our space up. Fantastic job we were both impressed.

I was scammed. I never received flight. I had to buy another flight. Airfare assist is a scam and by you using them makes your company fraudulent. please give me refund

Ryan air is a scamming airline. They advertise that you have to follow they baggage policy and their employees just do whatever they feel like. My most recent flight, i checked to large bags and just paid for 3 cabin bags and priority. Apparently, according to the staff, they knew the plane had too full in the cabin. This meant they had to target a select number of bags to into the hold. Now, a normal airline just offers to take your bag at the gate for you, it is their mistake. Not Ryan air, they just tell you the wheel of your bag sticks out 2 cm, we will charge you almost what you paid to check your entire luggage immediately, then tell you it’s on you. I would have gladly paid to check in the bags in the bag check in, where they told me the bag was good to go. Never using this airline again. I used to enjoy the quick direct flights but I will never use them again.
I didn't eat any food so can't comment on that. The prices on the plane are extortionate (as are all prices on planes). Everything else was seemless and a great experience
I liked almost everything (e.g. ease of booking, price, punctuality, efficiency, friendliness, courtesy). A slam landing in Dublin airport took some of the gloss off it, though. Being able to paste here the text of the review of the same flight that I just wrote for Ryanair would make me feel better about Kayak too.
Great flight just took some time to board even when lining up early for the flight, even taking off took longer then expected.

Staff were very professional. Much better than the outgoing flight from Dublin. Seat cushions were practically non existent. Making for a very uncomfortable flight.
Passengers next to me insisted I change seats so they could sit together. I had to frequently move so that when the sear belt sign was on I was in my proper seat! I was returning from helping my mum with my dad's things after his sudden death and didn't feel like arguing with the other passengers.
There isn’t any entertainment. The food and drink was available for a price. I didn’t buy any.

You need to make signage at Berlin Airport clearer. Having checked in online we had our boarding passes onlour phones. You do not make it clear that you need to check in again to receive a printed luggage tag. You get to baggage drop off and it says you can only do it with a luggage tag BUT not how to get this.
We were bumped despite seats existing on flight While checkin attendants were helpful Easyjet management was not. Only after threats were we allowed on plane at last minute. The online help desk was useless and waste of time (over an hour of useless chats)

Sitting on the last row in between the aisle and a massive person, all people going to the bathroom bumped into me including the flight attendants.
Sat at rear of aircraft and was very cold. As a frequent flyer for many years, this is was the coldest I have ever been. Other passengers and some crew were complaining how cold it was. Sitting near the doors always risks being colder, just the way the aircraft works - but this was exceptional, bring a good jumper. Everything else was pretty standard easyJet - good value low cost carrier.
The best budget airline in Europe. Flight was on time, crew friendly and worked hard during flight and were able to meet our needs. Only downside (not the airline's fault), there were no rear steps.
Boarding and disembarking were smooth. Not offering free water was cheap ... I've never encountered that before on a flight.
Boarding could be better. To get through your gate but to be stood in a corridor for 20 minutes is not great.
The plane was postponed for over 2.5 hours, which meant that all four of us missed the check in time for our ongoing trip to Melbourne. We had to buy new tickets for 4 people as we had to forfeit the ones we had. The cost was really unfair. i understand that it was snowing during the first leg of the plane for that morning. Surely the cost could have been shared by the airline and not all by us. I could have bought insurance - but you can see how much I travel. I will need to chose more trustworthy airlines.
The true is that travel from London to Faro on 11/12/2025 by BA was cancelled, so I did not go to Faro, so i did not board easy flight. The mediocre qualification to you was because even when i bought an insurance, i could not change date neither obtain reimbursement. It could be ideal if you do something in order for me not to lose the purchase Thank you
A no frills flight wet leased from Czech Smartwings on behalf of Israir. Comfortable seats, polite crew and non existent food and entertainment services. I had and entire row to myself and slept throughout the flight. I loved it.
Everything is good but there was no snacks, they only gave us water without any snacks, check-in online also didn’t work, we had to check-in in the airport

The lady at the check-in got into a complication with the computer and didn't know how to get out of it even though they came several times to help her and direct her until finally the lady from the other position did the check-in. Just before take off they announced a delay that took two whole hours and caused a lot of trouble starting with the fact that we were hungry and they didn't even give us a glass of water (we asked and they said no) I am a sick person who takes medication (diabetes and heart disease). And this delay made me sicker. order a taxi again. after to work. and more

Overall a good experience for a short low cost flight . Boarding and departure was on time, crew was nice, airplane conditions were ok. The Heraklion airport is not convinient at all, especially as it doesn’t have an air conditioner. But this is not related to BlueBird.

The check in was really bad. This was my worst experience as far as i can remember. Very slow without any real reason.
There was a delay on the flight, in addition although there was a delay there was a last boarding sign earlier than the boarding time. So overall - stressed to come quickly to board and then waited a long time and arrived later than planned
