It was...fine. Boarding worked okay, the staff was competent and sufficiently polite, and it was a nice Dreamliner aircraft.
Exactly as you would expect from an Israeli airline (written by an Israeli) - basic service while firmly polite. Don't expect anything extra - they are there to manage the flight, not to make your experience optimal (unless you consider the minimum of getting to your final destination - and then it is great!). They won't give you anything extra, won't pass around water , if you want it - go get it from the back of the plane. They want you sleeping and seated - and while I'm sure that other airlines want the same, here this is well felt.
I was scammed. I never received flight. I had to buy another flight. Airfare assist is a scam and by you using them makes your company fraudulent. please give me refund
The food consist of one sandwich for a trip approximately 4 hours.

The crew were incredible, especially with how unruly many of the travelers were. Loved the pots and hummus and the food in general. The leg room in economy was plentiful, which was a very pleasant surprise!
Did not expect too much, but an initiative to serve a small water bottle without asking for it would be appreciated. A small snack pack would be very nice too. Coffe any one?. Yes - you'll get an over heated chicken sandwich as the on board meal. Sorry - nothing to write home about.
The crew was fantastic, and it was croweded but roomy enough. But the sandwich was horrible and no entertainment at all which is difficult in a flight of more than 4 hours.
We were 3 people together and they seated us apart. My wife and I were both in middle seats which were very tight
The seats in business class were the worse I have ever experienced.
Passengers next to me insisted I change seats so they could sit together. I had to frequently move so that when the sear belt sign was on I was in my proper seat! I was returning from helping my mum with my dad's things after his sudden death and didn't feel like arguing with the other passengers.
There isn’t any entertainment. The food and drink was available for a price. I didn’t buy any.
The table at my seat was dirty, the crew was nice, the boarding was swift. An average Ryanair experience but this time the plane was not properly cleaned between flights.
It's not the staff's fault. The cabin crew do their best but the setup in Stansted Airport by Ryanair is poor. The herding of people like cattle is unacceptable before boarding and is something that's in every airport but only in Stansted have I seen the queueing of passengers outside the plane on the tarmac and the crew only turning up with maybe 5 minutes to depart. This is a resource issue . Yes prices are good but seemingly comes with a price of poor treatment of customers. I'll pay more next time
On time arrival but the aircraft had seen better days and needed a deep clean.

ontime and super quick boarding and disembarking. I made it in 6 min from airplane through passport control to the train platformin Cologne. Amazingly quick airport.
Boarding was fast and efficient. The crew was super friendly. Since it’s a budget airline and it’s a short flight, I can’t expect food or entertainment.
If you buy a cabin luggage, but don’t need it for your kids, so you will end up with mixed priorities. And you will need to use non priority line

Late departing Budapest, very stressful change in Munich though we made it since connecting flight was delayed.
Booked Economy but it translated to economy light for Lufthansa so now we are stuck paying an extra $75 per person both ways for our checked bags. If I had known that, I would have never booked these tickets because it came out to be more than other options. The booking in the kayak side clearly says Economy and has a link to the inormation for Lufthansa which states Economy included a checked bag. Super annoyed about that.
Staff was very professional friendly food was okay i used the lufthansa app and it was great told me immediately what gate I should go i would fly with lufthansa anytime
The flight was ok, but the chargers did not work, and the speakers in the back of the cabin did not either. The seats are too small, and the food was terrible. However, I am writing because the crew was extremely rude, not only that, but they also kept the curtains closed, forgot to clear our trays, the bathrooms were filthy, and trash was piling up. Additionally, one of the attendants had her earbuds on while in the cabin. From the movement, it seemed like she was listening to music, so not even the safety aspect was there. My neighbor s English is not good and they were very dismissive of her. When we deplaned, the crew in the back was just chatting with one another, and the first class attendant was nice and said thank you. It is nice that the crew gets along so well, but they did not take care of the passengers at all. They rushed through all the services and otherwise did not go through the cabin to offer water or anything else. i had the feeling of being unwelcome at a party. I am not a grumpy traveller, but I thought you really needed to know. Thank you, Carin
I purposely bought a seat upstairs and your airline moved it to a random aisle seat. The only good part about this being an older plane was that the seats weren’t so tight that I couldn’t relax at all. Still will never fly Lufthansa again.
Online check-in was not possible, apparently due to connecting flight with LH. Check-in agent helpful but not efficient. Flight comfort okay, but zero service, not even water on a 2+ hour flight. Bag delayed at destination.
The plane was late to Frankfurt and I almost missed my connection and my checkt in bag didn’t catch the second flight! Poor
False advertising: An empty seat between 2 economy seats, then classified as “Business” is not. Thin cushion, economy-like leg room. From Lufthansa, a globally recognized and renowned carrier. Must do better.
Crew was very courteous, friendly and professional. Caring and attentive.
Food is too little (in volume) and too spicy.. There are no snacks in the back of the plane in between meals.
Everything is good but there was no snacks, they only gave us water without any snacks, check-in online also didn’t work, we had to check-in in the airport

The lady at the check-in got into a complication with the computer and didn't know how to get out of it even though they came several times to help her and direct her until finally the lady from the other position did the check-in. Just before take off they announced a delay that took two whole hours and caused a lot of trouble starting with the fact that we were hungry and they didn't even give us a glass of water (we asked and they said no) I am a sick person who takes medication (diabetes and heart disease). And this delay made me sicker. order a taxi again. after to work. and more

Overall a good experience for a short low cost flight . Boarding and departure was on time, crew was nice, airplane conditions were ok. The Heraklion airport is not convinient at all, especially as it doesn’t have an air conditioner. But this is not related to BlueBird.

The check in was really bad. This was my worst experience as far as i can remember. Very slow without any real reason.
There was a delay on the flight, in addition although there was a delay there was a last boarding sign earlier than the boarding time. So overall - stressed to come quickly to board and then waited a long time and arrived later than planned
