Seating was so poor, once the person in front of you recline their seat, they are in your face. Leg room was terrible, and I am 5foot 8inch person. Dinner was so fool of fat, chicken thigh was in one peace, hard to cut in that small tray. This is my second time traveling on the same flight from Denver to Munich, and I received same bad food, and the seat discomfort. Lufthansa was no longer the company what it once was. I am flying 25 years, and it's only worse than before. Fly crew was at times rough, bathrooms are smaller and dirty, no refill of the soap....missing toilet paper....Disappointed
Our seats were at the very back, so it was very tight, so therefore, very uncomfortable. Especially when the person in front of you put their seat back. Everything else was great!
The business class seats really miss the mark. There’s virtually no personal storage or a place to set anything, getting the tray out of its holder (and then back in) required guidance and strong arms, and the lay down beds were tight. Also, the controls adjusted when a single wet nap envelope was laid on top of it. Disappointing experience for $10k

Cons: "Ummm, THAT was "business class"? Same seats as economy, with middle seat blocked off. Limited recline, no entertainment, no comfort seats. Nice meal, nice drinks, nice service...but I'm a little stunned that a European airline would call this kind of seating "business class". Only thing that separated it from economy class was a curtain, and middle seats blocked off."

I didn’t use Entertainment so, no comments on it. Staff was courteous, efficient and helpful. Wines (I also tried Polish White wine) were really good, so also the food. The accessories provided were good (a goodnight chocolate would have enriched the experience 😀) Originally flight reached before time but we didn’t understand why it was sidelined for almost half an hour and also, luggage was delivered quite late (20-25 minutes) and that too after changing belt! That need not be LOT’s fault! Overall, I would certainly like to travel again with LOT, worth recommending!

The airline ran late and I almost missed this connecting flight to LGW. The airline didn't act very sympathetic to my situation. I wished that didn't happen as my experience I'm sure would've been much different.

Cons: "I disliked the fact that our flight was delayed and we weren't notified about it. I disliked that we got told there was a problem with the engine but they didn't allow us to either get off the plane or change plans we just sat there as they ran test after test. Asking us to sit down for them to see if the engine is working okay. They asked a member of the public who was sat by the wing to keep an ear out for any funny noises. We stayed on the runway for an hour and a half after it was already delayed. Once we set off in fear that the engine might fail again Ryanair didn't even off us a free glass of water to show appreciation for peoples tolerance. It honestly isn't worth the money you save."
Cons: "Awful experience with Latvian staff during boarding. Luggage passed weight and size inspection from Milan to Riga. It has also passed inspection in Riga, but was checked again during boarding. Staff did not want to work with us and penalized my kid by charging him 53 Euro luggage fee. Disappointed that some staff members have suaded us to never fly Ryanair again"

Almost as much as our ticket to Mallorca. Not okay. They were so rude to us and I dont trust that they will do this again to us. It’s a scam in my opinion. Definitely read all of the fine print or they will rip you off. Oh! And we paid for PRIORITY boarding. Psh"
