The airline ran late and I almost missed this connecting flight to LGW. The airline didn't act very sympathetic to my situation. I wished that didn't happen as my experience I'm sure would've been much different.

The option to check in the carry on bag for free was very convenient. If one checked bag could be included in the ticket price that would be even better.

Austrian airlines lost my bag in Vienna and it took 2 days to find it and deliver it to me
I paid for carry-on bag, but they did not let me take it on board, persuaded to check it in because the flight was full. I agreed to help them out, and they mixed up tag numbers and my bag got lost. I had very valuable things in there, and my whole vacation experience was ruined. I even asked the boarding assistant why the tag number was different from the assigned one, but they assured me it was alright and the bag will arrive to my destination. Nothing arrived of course. Incompetence of boarding assistants cost me the loss of all my things.
Again, delays. That route from VIE to RMO gets regular delay all the time.
They lost our luggage and there has been no news for 5 days. I called their office and they said they can’t help us, we don’t do anything about it.
My flight was changed, you over charged me for a change fee and seats that I did not get, I was out on standby with Austrian airlines. You stile $600 from me.

There was not enough sparkling water and beer during the flight. Coffee was not hot
LOT told me on my first flight that I had missed boarding my second flight and told us to go to a service desk to reschedule. We then were told our flight was still boarding and that we had to run through the Warsaw airport to catch it which is just a long long runway airport. The workers at the airport were not helpful at all and you have to go through two passport checkpoints. I have asthma and was almost dead when I got on the plane and no one helped or gave us water or even acknowledged us. The flight was fine - the crew members are not friendly so it’s a very functional flight at best. Also my bag didn’t make it to my final destination.
LOT was very disorganized at Istanbul airport with no communication with travelers. Our flight was delayed over and hour and a half and there were no announcements, displays or anything about it. It almost left me missing my second flight!

Boeng Dreamliner has so tiny seats, so even medium and smaller size people have not enough room to fill comfortable..

Everything was very good. I felt that the value received in paying for Business Class tickets was very good. The entertainment offered was plentiful, but could be improved with more recent options as well. By no means a deal-breaker. The staff were awesome, in the airport, at the gate and onboard.
bus ride to the plane was very crowded and had to wait a long time to get to the plane. The flight itself was great.

Terrible consideration when it comes to connecting flights. We were given 50 minutes to deplane, get through costumes, get through security check. For someone with a heart condition, running miles through the airport was not the best way

Flight was delayed nearly two hours and then luggage was delayed. Crappy.
Full flight with ok comfort levels. Zero in flight entertainment. Dinner served was fair… taste mostly ok (bread a bit stale) and way too little for such a long flight. Technical stop in Cyprus just to switch crew which seems unnecessary. (Other airlines from Europe who do not want overnight layover in Beirut do not switch crews.). Thought that some passengers would disembark in Larnaca (CY) but no, stop was solely for crew change.
The Lufthansa ground staff at bengaluru airport was completely unhelpful. There was a single line to check in for all passengers, those that checked in via the self service kiosk and everyone else. The bag drop counters were not staffed and the as a result we wound up standing in line after getting our bag tag and boarding passes just to drop off the luggage. Also there was one counter for economy class resulting in long wait time. There are lots of personnel milling around but not able to do anything.
What food? What entertainment? The questionnaire does not make sense.
The checkin process was horrid because of a rude staff, the crew pretty much ignored the request for a bottle of water soon after boarding. Not all the crew were bad, but there are certainly some bad apples in there.
Could not check in early online, even after multiple attempts. Got the last row when checked in at airport. Food was bad tasting and no choice at all. Comfort was poor. Overall a very bad experience. I wouldn’t fly again with Lufthansa.
