We were delayed three hours from Montenegro to Vienna on our outbound flight and then rebooked an extra leg on our trip to the US. Our bags, which Austrian made us check in in Montenegro even though the flight was barely half full, didn't find us for ten days. Then, when we asked for compensation for the delay we were given the runaround that the flight originated outside of the EU. Next time we fly Turkish Air.
My Austrian Air flight from Montenegro to Vienna was delayed by three hours because their plane de-icer was broken and they had to wait for the sun to come up before the ice could melt. This meant we missed our United flight altogether. So I can't speak about United, but I was not impressed by Austrian Air. They made us check in two carry on bags for a 60% full flight, and the bags didn't find us in the US for ten days. The re-routing they arranged included an extra leg, a midnight taxi ride across New Jersey and New York, and a five hour sleep in a hotel. Not impressed.
Excellent flight. The crew was exceptionally attentive and organized. Attention to details is unmatched.

The flight was delayed for 30 minutes with no apparent reason. There is no entertainment at all, and no USB or electric outlets for charging your phone or tablet.
My flight was canceled and even though I paid אם KAYAK you didn't even answer me and obviously didn't refund my money. I will never buy a ticket through you again.
Accessibility serious problems in Viena airport making it seriousely difficult in in-between gates and boarding travel. Pretens of breakfast and service care in the economy pathetic.
One thing I really liked about Austrian Airlines was that the flight attendants were very kind, and the in-flight entertainment offered many choices. One thing that could be improved is the meal service, since only a vegetarian option was offered — it would be better to have at least two choices
Even though I flew in business cabin I was not given any refreshment even though those next me were served
1. One of the crew who was managing the crowd in the business class line specifically asked me if I am travelling by business class while I was standing in the business class designated line. She specifically was asking only me and no one else. Seemed to imply that I may not be aware of it and may be I don't belong there?(Based on my color?) 2. The business class seats in the aircraft was average regular economy seats with middle seat kept free.
When I bought my ticket , I bought it for a premium flex and I paid more money to get comfortable seat , but I get a basic economy seat, I need a refund for the ticket Thank you Rabeh Afli
Everything was good. But from Frankfurt to Seattle in airplane entertainment system didn't work good.
Flight was cancelled due to maintenance issues. It was a nightmare to get an alternate flight back home.
Service and food were excellent. Incredibly friendly and competent staff. Flight was delayed over and hour and I had to run between terminals to get my connecting flight.
Missed it by a couple minutes and couldn’t find an alternative flight so had to spend the night in DC and after much shuffling from 1 airline to another managed to get a United to Frankfurt.
I ordered Hindu meal and expecting a vegetarian food. Instead I got Chicken. Also entertainment system was so bad and slow I was never able to use it
I liked crew, always smiling and provided the best services.
There were only 2 toilets and one of them did not work in business class. We are not allowed to cross classes so had to wait in line to use the toilets!! The entertainment touch display was finicky and did not work all the time.
