My Austrian Air flight from Montenegro to Vienna was delayed by three hours because their plane de-icer was broken and they had to wait for the sun to come up before the ice could melt. This meant we missed our United flight altogether. So I can't speak about United, but I was not impressed by Austrian Air. They made us check in two carry on bags for a 60% full flight, and the bags didn't find us in the US for ten days. The re-routing they arranged included an extra leg, a midnight taxi ride across New Jersey and New York, and a five hour sleep in a hotel. Not impressed.
Excellent flight. The crew was exceptionally attentive and organized. Attention to details is unmatched.

I did wish they would give us the entire little bottle Bailey's instead of just have 1/2 bottle at a time

The flight was delayed for 30 minutes with no apparent reason. There is no entertainment at all, and no USB or electric outlets for charging your phone or tablet.
My flight was canceled and even though I paid אם KAYAK you didn't even answer me and obviously didn't refund my money. I will never buy a ticket through you again.

Despite the booked seats in front of the land we were moved to the back of the plane even first like 8 lines were totally without pasangers. When I tried to sit on empty seat flight attendant asked me to go to my dedicated seat in the fully crowded back of the plane. She was not able to explain why. Food was very poor on flight LAX - VIE.
Had a delayed flight that caused me to miss all of my flights. Supposedly I was rebooked. When I got to my next connecting flight there was no ticket for me. I spent hours working with an agent. And they still couldn’t get it right. I will arrive home more that 24 hours later than my original schedule. Totally inept and frustrating experience.

Economy Priority seats are extremely uncomfortable. There is no way to escape the boxed in feeling, particularely because the distance between to rows are too short, the hard edge of the front row is keeping legs confined. There is no elevated place to put your feet. I am of average, European size.
Terrible. Both flights were significantly delayed, no luggage, made me check my small bag when many, many others had much larger carry-ons, not even a bottle of water . . . I will not fly Discover Airlines again.
I was deceived on the Kayak site expecting a ticket, but instead finding a "standby" reservation. When I tried to change the ticket, I paid almost twice the price of the original ticket. Then, the airline refused to give me the reserved seat I had chosen and paid for. I think I deserve a refund for this leg of my trip because I was doubly charged and did not receive what I had paid for. I put in a complaint with Lufthansa because the ticket was sold originally sold as a flight they listed. Someone here needs to take responsibility.
Even though I flew in business cabin I was not given any refreshment even though those next me were served
1. One of the crew who was managing the crowd in the business class line specifically asked me if I am travelling by business class while I was standing in the business class designated line. She specifically was asking only me and no one else. Seemed to imply that I may not be aware of it and may be I don't belong there?(Based on my color?) 2. The business class seats in the aircraft was average regular economy seats with middle seat kept free.
When I bought my ticket , I bought it for a premium flex and I paid more money to get comfortable seat , but I get a basic economy seat, I need a refund for the ticket Thank you Rabeh Afli
