Clearly an inexperienced cabin crew. Boarding took much longer than usual. Food took much longer to be distributed than usual.
Poor service! If I can I will never fly with them again.
Great quality food. clean cabin and bathrooms. Fast boarding and overall comfortable flight for the duration and times.
Your crew was amazing! Friendly, and let my husband and I have a meal in back with them, because a boy got sick behind us and they took some time to clean him and our space up. Fantastic job we were both impressed.

Exactly as you would expect from an Israeli airline (written by an Israeli) - basic service while firmly polite. Don't expect anything extra - they are there to manage the flight, not to make your experience optimal (unless you consider the minimum of getting to your final destination - and then it is great!). They won't give you anything extra, won't pass around water , if you want it - go get it from the back of the plane. They want you sleeping and seated - and while I'm sure that other airlines want the same, here this is well felt.
I was scammed. I never received flight. I had to buy another flight. Airfare assist is a scam and by you using them makes your company fraudulent. please give me refund
The food consist of one sandwich for a trip approximately 4 hours.
The staff was bit rude when I asked for an extra drink after one beer, asked for one wine glass.
Had a delayed flight that caused me to miss all of my flights. Supposedly I was rebooked. When I got to my next connecting flight there was no ticket for me. I spent hours working with an agent. And they still couldn’t get it right. I will arrive home more that 24 hours later than my original schedule. Totally inept and frustrating experience.
The flight got delayed 3 hours from Montreal and we missed our connecting flight so it was a long journey

Economy Priority seats are extremely uncomfortable. There is no way to escape the boxed in feeling, particularely because the distance between to rows are too short, the hard edge of the front row is keeping legs confined. There is no elevated place to put your feet. I am of average, European size.
Terrible. Both flights were significantly delayed, no luggage, made me check my small bag when many, many others had much larger carry-ons, not even a bottle of water . . . I will not fly Discover Airlines again.
I was deceived on the Kayak site expecting a ticket, but instead finding a "standby" reservation. When I tried to change the ticket, I paid almost twice the price of the original ticket. Then, the airline refused to give me the reserved seat I had chosen and paid for. I think I deserve a refund for this leg of my trip because I was doubly charged and did not receive what I had paid for. I put in a complaint with Lufthansa because the ticket was sold originally sold as a flight they listed. Someone here needs to take responsibility.
Even though I flew in business cabin I was not given any refreshment even though those next me were served
1. One of the crew who was managing the crowd in the business class line specifically asked me if I am travelling by business class while I was standing in the business class designated line. She specifically was asking only me and no one else. Seemed to imply that I may not be aware of it and may be I don't belong there?(Based on my color?) 2. The business class seats in the aircraft was average regular economy seats with middle seat kept free.
My flight was delayed and my second flight missed despite a three hour connection in Düsseldorf. My luggage was lost and it took three hours to recover which was actually unfortunately very much barely possible. I needed to rebook a flight that was three times the original cost of the original flight which now I need to go back and recover from the airline. Terrible experience,

Delay after delay: no information besides what my Kayak app provided was provided about the delays. The plane was at the gate. Also, the gate, 100A, was incredibly warm, and the sun was beaming in. Boarding was disorganized with no groups announced.
Kayak - EDreams - Eurowings need to define clearer the hand luggage terms. I asked for add. hang luggage got charged by Eurowings for having add. hand luggage that was not included in my booking. I travel alot! I know the size dimensions never paid twice for hand luggage and cannot chase Edreams or put Eurowings in the wrong. Also there was severe delays on this flight. Issue getting bus on arrival and missed connections. Unfortunate will not use Eurowings
We checked in 4 luggage and only got 3 back & lost our 4th luggage. Our flight was from berlin sept 22. We arrived Copenhagen but only received 3 luggage. Missing 1 still 24 hrs after our arrival and our Cruise will be leaving tomorrow 9/24/2023. This is the second time that our luggage gets lost/delayed in Copenhagen

A no frills flight wet leased from Czech Smartwings on behalf of Israir. Comfortable seats, polite crew and non existent food and entertainment services. I had and entire row to myself and slept throughout the flight. I loved it.
Everything is good but there was no snacks, they only gave us water without any snacks, check-in online also didn’t work, we had to check-in in the airport

The lady at the check-in got into a complication with the computer and didn't know how to get out of it even though they came several times to help her and direct her until finally the lady from the other position did the check-in. Just before take off they announced a delay that took two whole hours and caused a lot of trouble starting with the fact that we were hungry and they didn't even give us a glass of water (we asked and they said no) I am a sick person who takes medication (diabetes and heart disease). And this delay made me sicker. order a taxi again. after to work. and more

Overall a good experience for a short low cost flight . Boarding and departure was on time, crew was nice, airplane conditions were ok. The Heraklion airport is not convinient at all, especially as it doesn’t have an air conditioner. But this is not related to BlueBird.

The check in was really bad. This was my worst experience as far as i can remember. Very slow without any real reason.
There was a delay on the flight, in addition although there was a delay there was a last boarding sign earlier than the boarding time. So overall - stressed to come quickly to board and then waited a long time and arrived later than planned
