Pros: "The crew was not very unhelpful & hardly accommodating, not helpful at all. I have never met such a cold hearted airline crew, so unthankful & not trying to help customer. They kept rolling their eyes & speaking like I was a dirt. I will NEVER fly this airline & I will make sure everyone knows."
Cons: "Came early to counter & my passport expires August 9th, so they refuse to help me & did not let me go on board even though I had approval from Jordanian country to fly there. Austerian ticket crew & supervisor did not want even to check the pass through to board with permission. The WORSE airline!!!"
Pros: "This was a flight operated by Austrian Airlines, which does a substantially better job than United."

It was already assigned and didn't let me change it Boarding was later than scheduled and caused my connecting flight at O'Hare hectic This was the first time that I had ordered Kosher food and I would never make that mistake again, the meal was okay but the sandwich was awful and had no taste!"
Cons: "My parents were traveling, they dont speak english and I verified with Austrian airlines that they would be assisted at the gates and that they had the correct visas for each airport they had a layover in. I was assured there would be no problems. Upon boarding they were not able to get on their flight. I have never had so many communication issues and frustrations in the middle of the night with an airline. disappointed."
Pros: "It was a total nightmare all Austrian flights they put us on were canceled !!! We did not leave Vienna for another 7 h a total nightmare all planes had technically difuculties !! Austrian airlines had total chaos !!!"
Cons: "As a gluten free person dinner delicious but after 5-6 next hours for breakfast I got few small slices of melon... like really?? This will not feed anyone! For next time I know that I have to bring my own food.. so bad! While servis time we ordered whisky with cola and after one hour we went to ask for one more cause we wanted and CA told us they dont serve anymore whisky only wine or beer. Besides this things when I came to plane my sit and table tray was dirty so we had to put blanket over... for the first time I write bad feedback but I have to cause it was terrible.."
Cons: "Flight delayed for 7 hours, no compensation, no notification, crew was also unwelcoming"
Cons: "It is upsetting when you are not able to check in through the final destination with Air Moldova when you have to change flights. When you have luggage it is even more upsetting."
Cons: "We arrived for our flight 1 hour before the flight. They told us we were late then forced us to check one of our carryons because it weighed over 8 KG. (not too big just weighed too much) and was not a problem carrying on other flight. 10 Euros. We arrived at the gate 30 minutes before take-off and they had not started boarding yet. We were then pulled out of the boarding line and told that we had to pay a late fee of 60 Euros each because we were late. 180 Euros! We had to go back to the cashier counter in the ticket terminal to pay and then again go through customs/passport and transit screening. We still made it back to the gate in time to board and leave by departure time. We then waited for passengers from another connecting flight to arrive and board so we then left about 30 minutes late. Then the air conditioning was broken to we fumed in 90 degree heat all the way to St. Petersburg."
Pros: "I’m 6’4 and had enough space, which was nice. Surprisingly tasty sandwiches served, as well water, juice, soda, tee and coffee- all included in the ticket price."

Cons: "They changed the time of the flight from 7:50 to 10:50 and then we didn’t end up departing until 11:15 so we arrived 3.5 hrs after I had initially planned."

From the hidden fees to the made up regulations where they try to charge 10-50 euros for CARRY ON BAGGAGE to the inefficient way in which they move you through the system to the 2.5 hr delay causing us to miss our connection because of "PERSONAL REASONS" according to our pilot (even though the plane landed on time and just sat on the tarmac)"
Cons: "COnnected from an international flight coming from philly. Due to customs we made it to our plane 30 Minutes before departure (8:52 for a 9:30 departure we were at the gate looking at our plane). Half the reason we were delayed is because not only did we have to pick up our bags and clear customs but we then had to recheck them, not a problem except for the fact that NO BODY WAS AT THE TICKET COUNTER. So Frankfurt airport was gracious enough to let us back through customs with our checked bags (after collecting them in baggage claim). When we showed up they wouldn't let us on the plane and charged us 350 dollar rebooking fee to leave the next day at 3 pm. it only gets worse as no one helped us to rebook, we had to call a number then then had us write an email to the company. I am still beside my self on how terrible of an experience this was as we had to do all of this calling from the Frankfurt airport because no one would help us in person (using skype)."
Pros: "It was nice to serve food on such a short flight. The plane was tiny, and the crew was friendly."
Cons: "We paid full price for the flight, but we parked in Frankfurt at some very distant lot, no jetway, so far away from the terminal that there was only a cargo plane nearby. Even the budget airlines were parked closer. At these ticket prices, Air Moldova could park at the terminal and provide jetway disembarkation."

Cons: "Had to pay for the baggage, not sure why 1st bag is not free...? Tickets were not cheap - 1 bag should be included for this price. No vegetarian food options available."
Cons: "We didn't get the boarding passes for this connecting flight. We didn't get any notifications that the connection didn't exist anymore until we were already in the first flight. When we arrived at the connecting airport, the airline didn't want to get our luggage after passing customs. They sent us to go to the check in counters to see what happened. We went to Finnair and the answer of the lady at the counter is that it was our fault to have problems with the connection because we bought the ticket through Kayak! After that we went to American Airlines and they said they had moved us to a flight that was 3 hours later from the original itinerary! Never use Finnair, they don't take responsability for anything. We had a similar problem on the other half of our trip too!"
Vol annulé. Pas d'accueil. Zéro explication. Vol remplacé 3 jours plus tard. Zéro prise en charge pour l'hôtel. Nous attendons le remboursement si il va y en avoir. C'est un scandale ! C'est une arnaque.
Pros: "Nothing was particularly positive."
Cons: "Never in my life have I seen a plane where half the passengers were under the age of 10. So many screaming babies, kids kicking the seats, and running around the isle! I seriously thought the plane was going to a convention of mothers. I asked a pilot what was going on, he said "it's the airline." This left me puzzled, but I figured it out. The airline is from Moldova. When I sat through a 6 hour layover there because the airline canceled my connecting flight, it became apparent that the entire airport was filled with infants and toddlers. There were many stations and rooms dedicated for child care, as well. So it appears that there is a very high birth rate in Moldova. Good for them! But bad for anyone making a connection in Moldova. It's technically not even a fault of the airline. But I certainly will try to avoid it in the future and buy the more expensive direct flights."
No real business class on this plane, I had to ask for the food 1.5hrs after take off, super warm beer, very very poor service
