United Airlines flights serviced by Swiss Airlines provide for zero communication with Swiss Airlines almost impossible to contact Swiss airlines to make seat selection, upgrades or changes. I won’t do that again if it can be helped.
We so appreciated that our connecting flight waited for 6 of us!!!

Cons: "I was told a wheel chair would be available to help me get to Terminal E in Zurich. I had literally TO RUN to catch my connecting flight to NYC since the chair was not their for me in Zurich. I almost missed my flight. I am a 79 years old woman. That was one terrible experience."

Cons: "I have anot her flight with the same airlines. I haven't took my ticket at the same time but since it's same airlines they should be able to connect my flights. I have to go borders and took my luggage and then I checked in again. This is waste of time"
Treating basic economy customers like untouchable and giving worst services just because we bought that ticket is ridiculous! We were not given option to choose the seat even at the time of checkin, we had to request the boarding staff at the gate as me and my wife were given different seats. She did not have seats together after letting us know rudely that they are not supposed to give any services to basic economy customers. Even bag purchase charges were extremely high!!
Lufthansa should strongly consider increasing transit time to help passengers arriving from Bengaluru as the current time transit time of 1 hour 40 minutes appears inadequate and rushed and likely greater chance of missing that connecting flight to St Louis. This would encourage a lot of Indians coming from south India to take advantage of this service to Su Louis
I sat next to a high maintenance passenger and the crew did an extraordinary job in taking care of this persons special needs

I missed the connection because the other flight was 1 hour late I had to take the train

Pros: "The crew was very friendly, the food was surprisingly delicious and despite weather conditions being rough and causing significant turbulence the pilot handled it well and landed so smoothly I could honestly barely tell we had landed!"
Cons: "The seats were pretty comfortable for economy seats but still could have been a bit more comfortable. The standard leg room could be increased as well as overhead storage"

Cons: "The plane was kept at a ridiculous hot temperature the whole flight. There were no air vents above your head and it was god awful uncomfortable for 9 hrs. On our return flight they lost all of our luggage from our whole group of people traveling together. 8 bags lost in total."

Cons: "Lost bag- this was after my luggage tag was scanned and I was assured the bag was on the plane. Getting information from Lufthansa about bag status was impossible. Help phones were either busy or never answered. A black hole of no information until the bag arrived 30 hours later. Then a 45 min. At airport to get it back."
