Pros: "SwilssAir is our new favorite airline to Switzerland and other points in Europe. The crews were pleasant and efficient. All flights were right on time. The food was very good, and the best overall we have experienced in economy. The individual video screens provided a nice selection of movies, tv, games, etc. Finally, transferring in Zurich is MUCH better than the zoo that his Heathrow!"

The person greeting before priority check in assumed I am economy class and send me to the wrong line.
Forced me to check my bag and the lost it. Uncomfortable seats No charging capability in under-seat outlet USB charge was incredibly slow Video entertainment was slow and unresponsive Drinks were tiny half-filled glasses, even coke.
The flight was half an hour late, which is the new normal in Europe. Friendly crew.
Flight got canceled and caused a lot of issues. I was stuck in Frankfurt for several hours without any help from Lufthansa personell. They weren’t qualified or couldn’t/ didn’t want to provide help. After my flight was canceled the Lufthansa train was canceled too. After hours a DB employee provided a new train ticket and connection. Lufthansa was not involved in solving the issues they caused.
Pros: "Crew was professional, kind and capable. Everyone went smoothly and on time. The downstairs bathrooms were great: roomy, clean and FIVE of them so no waiting!"
Cons: "The food was just okay. A better choice of wine and more selection of spirits would be nice."
Cons: "Lufthansa in Frankfurt is a nightmare. Gates are very far apart and Lufthansa scheduled layovers are very short. We were running close to 2 km from one end of the airport to other with little kids barely making our flights. Boarding was on tarmac even for 747, once in rain once in 40C degrees."

Cons: "The plane was late. First advice 30 minutes delay, but when it took off it was about an hour later. Due to this my luggage went missing and I had to run to catch the WAW-DEL flight and delay that flight also. The ground staff were unhelpful. There was no food. Flight crew were mixed bag."

Cons: "The food was the worst I have had in 12 years of EU-Asia flights. They missed two connections, causing over 11 hours of delay and arrived at a different airport. We had to spend 4 hours with visa procedures and rechecking luggage in Beijing without staff assistance. Deplorable."
