Schedule and on time departure and arrival were great. The crew was good, but a change in aircraft bumped many of us from our expected seats. It was a crowded flight, but the cabin crew did their best to keep things under control.

The crew was attentive but not intrusive, and was always kind in every interaction.

Austrian was not the issue. Kayak was terrible The flight was canceled. Frustrating but it can happen. The worst was Kayak's customer support around re-booking. I have chatted with a bot, than with a person who insisted the flight was still on as originally booked. while chatting i went on Austrian web page and told the kayak chat lady that the flight is shown as cancelled. She said she will escalate this and that someone will contact me within the hour. When I have asked her to give me the details of the flight she sees, She gave me the general A to B and return B to A. Totally unhelpful. After two hours I contacted them again, They were still saying the original flight is as scheduled and when I explained again I was told I will be contacted within 2-6 hours. NO ONE CONTACTED ME EVER SINCE! I have than contacted Austrian directly and was rebooked on a difficult flight. Kayak continued to send me irrelevant updates about my original flight. Terrible customer service at time of need.

I bought the ticket a month before my flight but checked in couple hours before my flight and had to wait seat assignment just before take off. On top of that there was not enough room in the overhead bin for my luggage.

The baggage arrived damaged and i spent EUR 300 on the baggage a month ago. No responsibility from airline or the handles.

Tight connection from Austrian Airlines made this challenging. Our luggage did not make it, delivered the next day at noon. Flight itself was very full, not especially comfortable.

It becomes like Wizz air, no good, bad comfort and you should pay for 20kg bag.

Overall pleasant flight . The lunch was exceptional! Delicious chicken curry with perfect rice and amazing chocolate (Sacher torte) for desert. I have not eaten such a good airplane meal in a very, very long time.

Very efficient and profesional .One of the best. I had 20 minutes between 2 flights and still made it amazing.

Vienna airport is a zoo Agents directed me to the wrong gate and then the wrong line Lounge is so crowded no place to sit Not enough bathrooms anywhere On the flight they asked for medical attention While I attended to the problem they forgot my food when I got back They forgot to give me water at night Waited 1 hour for bags Agents didn’t know which Shute the bags were coming to so it was between 2 places

Don’t use them on the IST-isb route, horrible service

3 of us were in the business class. All good except the Flight out of Mumbai is too early. It is at 6:30 am. Reporting is at 4 am. We had to get up at 3 am. US connection has 4-5 hours of layover. It would be nicer to start the India flight late (give more time to sleep at home) and have less layover duration in IST.

The flight departed on time and the staff was professional.

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the recent flight experience I had with your airline. This has been one of the worst travel experiences I have ever encountered, and I feel compelled to bring it to your attention. Firstly, I missed my flight due to what I perceive to be a lack of clear communication and coordination on the part of your staff. There was no remorse or apology from the airline's representatives, which further exacerbated the situation. As a result of missing my flight, I was subjected to a 24-hour delay at the airport, where I had to spend a significant amount of money to rent a hotel room and cover other incidental expenses. Additionally, since my baggage was already checked in from Tanzania to Turkey, I had to purchase essential items for the 24-hour period. What truly dismayed me, however, was the discourteous and unprofessional attitude of your staff. Their lack of empathy and understanding only added to the stress and inconvenience of the situation. I have been traveling abroad for over 20 years, and I can confidently say that this experience has been the worst I have ever encountered. As a result, I am compelled to reconsider ever using your airline again for future travel. I strongly urge you to address the issues I have raised and take immediate steps to rectify the situation. Additionally, I expect a formal apology and a refund for the expenses I incurred due to the airline's negligence.

Flight canceled and then “uncanceled” after I booked are placement. I had to pay for both a Turkish Air doesn’t admit their mistake

Everything was great Turkish airlines should show the same attention to international flights.

No wifi at all during the entire flight from Istanbul to Miami.

Leaving on time would have been a good start . Sat in plane while they cleaned around us . We got to Turkey raced to our next flight to see plane sitting at the gate 5 minutes before departure time to be told “ plane is gone “ while obviously it wasn’t . Showed them time on my phone before departure. Then “ gate is closed “ . Then he said “Instead of talking to me you need to go talk to someone else to get another flight “ . We booked business class no service waited in line to have to rebook same flight day later. Offered hotel room but wait for a bus to heard us to what I’m sure would have been cheap hotel. Opted for private cab and decent hotel at our own expense. Bad service at ever turn . NEVER TURKISH AIRLINES AGAIN !

flight Istanbul to tel Aviv did not happen and no refund. refund for 2nd half of round trip was less than half.

The flight was delayed by 1.5 hours without much explanation and they ran out of complimentary bag for inflight comfort. Would like to know if i can can get compensation

The staff was good. Very friendly and respectful. The airline not so much. They aren't very informative at all.

Garbage airline at a premium price. Both ways was unable to purchase seats before checking. Called, messaged on Facebook, and emailed. All three times staff said I could, and gave me form responses on how to, despite providing screenshots/explaining beforehand showing I couldn't. At check-in both times they sat me and my wife separately, despite booking together. Both legs the USB port in my entertainment system was broken. Food is atrocious. Seats are old and uncomfortable, and struggle to adjust. Toilets were like portapotties at a concert.

Would have liked to have Wi-Fi on the longer flight (nyc-Warsaw)

The plane was very comfortable, the seats were great for overnight flight. The bathrooms were spotless the entire flight

I didn’t use Entertainment so, no comments on it. Staff was courteous, efficient and helpful. Wines (I also tried Polish White wine) were really good, so also the food. The accessories provided were good (a goodnight chocolate would have enriched the experience 😀) Originally flight reached before time but we didn’t understand why it was sidelined for almost half an hour and also, luggage was delivered quite late (20-25 minutes) and that too after changing belt! That need not be LOT’s fault! Overall, I would certainly like to travel again with LOT, worth recommending!

I didn't understand why I couldn't do a check-in at home

Unable to get Lufthanza code to obtain a boarding pass for my flight. Had to exit and re-register to get on the flight. Extremely frustrating.

"I am aware that there was a strike at Munich airport, which led to the cancellation of my flight. Additionally, I had insurance for the flight. Lufthansa informed me about the cancellation approximately 2.5 hours before the scheduled flight while I was en route to Rzeszow airport. They offered me accommodation in a hotel for the night and arranged two connecting flights for the next morning, instead of my originally booked single connecting flight. Consequently, I arrived a day later, causing me to miss a day of work and some important meetings. I hope you can assist me in obtaining a refund for this inconvenience."

Did not appreciate being bumped from the seat I selected during checkin the day before the flight by an overbidding fellow passenger… I am also a paying customer Lufthansa!

You need to reimburse me for my seats purchased and luggage.

One of the worst experiences. Some of the Staff was really unfriendly and rude. I was freezing and I asked for an extra blanket and one of the stewardess told me that it’s only one for each passenger and then I asked another one and thank God she gave me one. The food was very poor. They offered meal as soon as we took off and then nothing for 7-8 hours. Then they gave a tiny snack something like crackers and one hour before landing they gave us another snack.

It was pretty bad delays I missed my train in Sweden, twice.

Usually a business class traveller had to do economy this time due to last min travels and no business class ticket available The staff treats u like substandard citizens . Especially to coloured ppl . This would not have been the case if I were back in business or first At Munich I asked if there was an option of upgrade and not for free I would pay but within 30 sec she said the flight is full ..the interesting part is I did not even tell her which segment I am.flying . But seems like she was not interested in talking

You should change everything like maintaining cleanliness ,food is very bad and staff doesn’t care their passengers and there was no water in the washroom whole flight and lastly entertainment is very bad headphones won’t work as well. So basically you should change everything in your flight. I think l’m not going to travel in Lufthansa anymore. Very bad experience

The transatlantic leg was on Discover Airlines. I’m 6’2” and the extra leg room seat was acceptable, the seat it self was moderately comfortable (slightly softer than a church pew). The food was a standard economy fare. Frankfurt to Prague leg was on Lufthansa the business class was as advertised 10 across the board.

my daughter was throwing up and I did not get any help. The food was such bad quality. the plane was clean and the entertainment was great

Overall flight was fantastic.i really enjoy the whole journey .

Short flight, some waiting to board, but no issues and no frills.

Tickets were cheap but it says no where that food was not included, I travel Austrian, Swiss and Turkish airlines all the time always food is included, never flew Norwegian again
